Tongue Out Tuesday with Maddie 🐒👑
Maddie is still being cared for by our team in Skrow intro cage, and while we’re starting to see some encouraging signs, like improved stools and her weight finally increasing, her journey is far from over. She continues to have both good days and more challenging ones.
She absolutely loves interacting with the troop, especially adult female Buffy, who we hope will one day become her foster mum.
For now, Maddie still needs intensive support. She’s receiving multiple feeds through the night (yes, including those 2am wake-ups!) to help her build strength and gain weight.
Our team has also been hard at work collecting bugs to give her the protein and fibre she needs and it seems to be making a difference!
